Welcome to the Online Safari Booking in the Kaziranga National Park. Here, visitors can book the Jeep Safari for all four zones of the park — Western (Bagori), Central (Kohora), Eastern (Agaratoli), and Burapahar (Ghorakati) — as well as Elephant Safari for Central (Kohora) and Western (Bagori) zones.

All procedures of Safari Booking at Kaziranga are managed as per the guidelines of the forest department of Kaziranga National Park. Please keep in mind that we cannot influence the booking process for any safari zone, safari driver, or naturalist guide, as it is beyond our control.

Safari Zones in Kaziranga National Park

Each ecotourism range offers unique landscapes and excellent wildlife sighting opportunities across the park.

Central

Kohora Range

The Central Zone is one of the core areas of the park and the preferred zone for Jeep and Elephant rides. The probability of seeing tiger, one-horned rhinos, wild buffalo, and swamp deer is high here.

Western

Bagori Range

Bagori Ecotourism Range is known for the best wildlife sighting, magnificent landscapes, lush greenery, and a water body (pond) that attracts animals. Rhino, tiger, and other species are easily sighted.

Eastern

Agaratoli Range

Located along the national highway on the eastern side of the park. One Jeep Safari ride is permissible here. It is a noted zone for wildlife photographers.

Burapahar

Ghorakati Range

Located around 40 km from Central Range. Entry gate is in Ghorakati village on the National Highway. Known for Jeep ride, Elephant ride, and trekking.

Important Note

1Safari ride & safari zone is given subject to availability.
2Once the safari voucher is issued, the amount is non-refundable.
3If your safari is not booked due to technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount to your bank account and communicate accordingly.
4For elephant safari, please arrive at the safari point at the sharp time provided by the safari management team as per government rules.
5Jeep Safari pick-up is provided to tourists staying within around 5 km of the safari entry gate.
6Vehicle charges (jeep, driver, entry fee, road tax) are included in safari charges — no extra payment to them.

Advance Safari Booking Procedure

1Full name, age, and sex of each visitor as printed on identity cards, along with confirmatory amount.
2Preferred travelling date & safari timing (Morning / Afternoon).
3Specific ID card number (Voter ID, Aadhaar, Driving License, etc.).
4Safari charges paid in advance.
5Please carry the same ID card submitted during online booking.
6Passport details are mandatory for foreign tourist reservations.
7Safari is allotted on first-come, first-serve basis (subject to availability).

Kaziranga Safari Important Information

1Visitors are required to obtain entry permits by producing the above-mentioned documents.
2The safari booking process is governed by rules made by the forest department of Kaziranga National Park.
3Jeep Safari is allowed in two shifts: one in the morning and one in the evening.
4Elephant Safari is allowed in two shifts, both in the morning time only.
5Entry permit once issued cannot be cancelled or transferred.
6Only registered guides can join your excursions — please do not try to change the guide or naturalist.
7Entry to the National Park is strictly prohibited after sunset.
8While on jeep safari, do not get down from the vehicle — it is not allowed.
9Avoid carrying pets on holiday tours — no pets can be taken inside Kaziranga Park.
10All visitors to Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary must abide by wildlife protection act rules. Please cooperate.

Entry Formalities

The entire forest of Kaziranga National Park comes under the tiger reserve area and is a fully protected and restricted area as per wildlife rules and regulations. Visitors must obtain an entry permit before visiting the park.

Official permits are issued for two kinds of safari tours — Jeep Safari and Elephant Safari. Both are day-visit safaris for limited hours, organized on fixed shift timings. Safari charges include entry permit charge, Jeep / Elephant charge, driver / mahout fee, and our service charge.
