We respect your privacy and understand the need to protect personally identifiable information — or any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, email, and mobile number — that you share with us while booking or enquiring.

Personal information provided through enquiry forms, booking forms, email, or phone will be used only for the purpose specified at the time of collection, including safari confirmation, hotel reservation, tour planning, and customer support.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with hotels, transport providers, or forest authorities only when required to fulfil your booking.

Your access to the website and use of our services are governed by these terms and conditions under our company policy. Transactions made on the website are subject to the policies applicable at the time of booking.

• We collect only information necessary to process your booking or enquiry.
• Payment details are handled through secure banking or card channels as applicable.
• You may contact us to request correction of your contact details on file.

In order to purchase tour packages or our related services through our website, we collect some advance payment to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The rest of the package cost can be paid upon arrival at the destination, but before the commencement of our services.

We hold the sole right to decide upon the mode of payment and the amount to be paid in advance. It varies according to the nature of services we offer — for example, safari-only bookings, hotel stays, or full Assam tour packages.

All quoted prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Any government tax revision, fuel surcharge, or permit fee change notified before travel may be applied as communicated in writing.

Payment information

Our user-friendly website provides the option for overseas advance payment through online transfer to our bank via net banking, or Master/Visa debit or credit card.

Foreign nationals can make payment through currency notes, traveller's cheques, or Master/Visa/American Express credit cards, as agreed at the time of booking.

Please note that in case of payment made through credit card, bank charges as applicable would be added to the total amount and paid accordingly.

• Net banking / online transfer to our company bank account.
• Master Card and Visa debit or credit cards.
• Traveller's cheque or currency notes (for foreign guests, where applicable).
• American Express credit card (where accepted for your booking type).

In case you are postponing or cancelling your tour or travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing by email. Please ensure that cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive your written intimation.

The following cancellation policy is applicable for tour packages and general travel services booked through GTI Travels Private Limited:

• 30 days prior to arrival — 10% of the tour cost.
• 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival — 30% of the tour cost.
• 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival — 40% of the tour cost.
• 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival — 50% of the tour cost.
• Less than 48 hours or no show — NO REFUND.
• Jeep Safari and Elephant Safari amounts are non-refundable once confirmed.

Please note that after you finalize the tour or service cost, if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris or museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges decided by the Government of India, the same would be charged as extra and communicated to you before travel.

We act as an intermediary for hotel, safari, and transport arrangements. While we work with trusted partners, delays caused by weather, road conditions, forest department rules, or factors beyond our control are not our liability.

Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, following park rules during safari, and respecting hotel check-in and check-out timings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This website is not an official website of Kaziranga National Park. GTI Travels Private Limited is a registered private travel agency that organizes hotel, safari, and tour package bookings in Kaziranga National Park.
